Controller

DC&E Solutions (operating under the trade name DataFleet) is the data controller responsible for personal data processed via datafleet.net and the DataFleet mobile application.

Personal Data We Process

Depending on usage, we may process:

• technical session data required for authentication and security;
• app settings and preferences stored locally on the device.

Machine / eWON data

DataFleet reads machine values via the Talk2M/M2Web API solely to display them to the user. Machine data is not stored on DataFleet servers unless explicitly stated as part of a future subscription or feature.

Purpose & Legal Basis

Personal data is processed for:

• providing the service (performance of a contract);
• authentication, security, and stability (legitimate interest);
• improving reliability and fixing errors (legitimate interest).

Processors (Third Parties)

DataFleet may use technical service providers to operate the website, authentication, and database services. These parties process data solely on behalf of DataFleet.
