Terms & Conditions — DataFleet

  1. Service Description

    DataFleet provides a software service for viewing and exporting data from eWON devices via the Talk2M/M2Web API.

    DataFleet is read-only and does not write or send data back to eWON devices.

  2. User Responsibility

    The user is responsible for:

    • correct configuration of eWON devices and Talk2M access;
    • maintaining a stable network connection;
    • correctly interpreting and using the displayed data.

  3. Availability

    DataFleet aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Failures or limitations caused by third-party services fall outside DataFleet’s responsibility.

  4. Liability

    DataFleet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months (or €0 in case of free use), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

  5. Termination

    Upon termination, access to the service ends immediately. DataFleet does not store machine data by default.

  6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
